Please use your account name in the [Account_Name.####] format. Ensuring this is correct is important and could disqualify you if incorrect.

Please use the exact character name, special characters and all. You MUST collect your prize using the same name/costume as you submitted with.
Ex: Ally Mcsteal
This is the name that will be used to identify your entry to judges/voters. You will otherwise remain anonymous.

Be as creative as you want with your posed/artistic shot. This is the shot that will set the stage for the concept behind your character's costume. Just make sure your costume is still the focal point! This isn't a screenshot contest.
Please leave a clear shot of the rear view of your character. This should be in good lighting, using no emotes and as few props as possible to make sure your outfit is clear and in view. Zoom in as much as possible without it hiding your legs/shoes.

If you're using BMP files, try converting to PNG. If you already have, try converting from the source file a second time to make sure there are no errors.
