Below are a list of recommended condition classes and their benchmarks. Note that these are only our required benchmarks, and some of these builds can perform at a higher level with more practice. Note that mirage shatter will outperform almost all of these in an actual raid scenario.

MIRAGE (SHATTERER)
MOST RECOMMENDED CONDITION CLASS
Despite low golem number, Mirage is either the best or second best on all condition fights. Mirage relies heavily on torment and confusion damage which is difficult to translate into a benchmark. With unbeatable damage on SH and Twins and top tier damage for Dhuum, Cairn, and Matthias you can reliably bring a mirage to any condi fight.

SOULBEAST (SHORTBOW)
Despite the low golem damage this build can often perform very well on bosses with significant mechanics and movement due to its slightly longer range than most other condi dps classes. It also has an extremely easy rotation (if it can even be called a rotation). On Dhuum it is one of the highest DPS classes and can achieve acceptable damage on SH and Twins.

RENEGADE (SHIRO)
The simpler form the condition renegade rotation. Despite the high damage numbers on golem it is only a top tier class effective on Dhuum, and Matthias. It is ok on a few other bosses, but in general it will have lower damage than the high golem numbers indicate.
OTHER CONDITION CLASSES

SOULBEAST (DGR/TRCH LYNX)
A solid DPS class. It has both good sustained damage and high burst. In you can add about 5-10% extra DPS from stances. It doesn't have mechanics that let it be the best on any boss, but it is a very good all around class

FIREBRAND
Strong overall condition class. Has high burst, good cleave and can bring bane signet for minimal DPS loss. In addition rotation is fairly straightforward and can easily recover from mechanics/mistakes. It is not the best anywhere, however it is a good strong overall condition class.

RENEGADE (KALLA)
A significantly more complex version of the condition renegade rotation. With allies this will do higher damage than the Shiro version and will have better CC. Despite the high damage numbers on golem it is only a top tier class effective on Dhuum, and Matthias.
It is ok on a few other bosses, but in general it will have lower damage than the high golem numbers indicate.
OTHER CONDITION CLASSES

RENEGADE (DEVASTATION)
While it has lower damage then the other condi Renegade variant, this build brings Assassin's Presence providing higher damage overall if the other dps classes in its subgroup are power DPS. In practice this condition rarely occurs as renegade is only brought on a few condition fights so in general this build has only niche use.

WARRIOR (CONDITION)
A build that has ok damage on golem, however it struggles to deal with imperfect buffs and mechanics. In addition, this build has slow ramp-up (even for a condition class) and is not effective on bosses with shorter phases.

HOLOSMITH (CONDITION)
A significantly more complex version of the condition renegade rotation. With allies this will do higher damage than the Shiro version and will have better CC. Despite the high damage numbers on golem it is only a top tier class effective on Dhuum, and Matthias.
It is ok on a few other bosses, but in general it will have lower damage than the high golem numbers indicate.

Remember these are minimum base line requirements. You will be expected to improve as you become more experienced and may be held to a higher baseline if applying for a static spot. If you meet the kill requirements and still can not reach these damage benchmarks we are willing to assist you. The easiest way to assist you is to record yourself doing the benchmark so we can offer advice on how to improve.
