ANY person who votes will be entered into a raffle for 250 Globs of Ectoplasm provided to you by your host Shabangbang.9172. We want to encourage as many people as possible to participate, and reward people for voting. People who submit costumes will be required to vote, regardless of prize, but will still be eligible for this raffle so long as they remain in good standing with the guild. Every vote matters and will make someone's day.

Rules
You are obligated to vote on finalists if you entered the contest, regardless of whether you are a finalist or not. This is to guarantee a wider voting pool. If you are in the finals, you are allowed to vote for yourself if you genuinely believe you have the best costume. If for some reason you feel you will not be able to vote during the voting period, please contact Shabangbang.9172 in game by mail or leave me a message via the contact form.
No troll submissions. Blatantly breaking our rules or submitting deliberately low effort costumes in an attempt to troll will deem you ineligible for participation not only in this contest but future ones, and your trolls will remain unknown to the universe as I will be the only one to see them and they will be promptly deleted and not dignified with a response of any sort. Silly outfits are allowed, and do not break this rule so long as they meet the submission criteria!
You must remain in good standing within the guild throughout the entire duration of the contest. Leaving the guild during the contest period invalidates your entry. Initiates and new members incoming into the guild ARE allowed to participate, though.
No Photoshop or editing of any kind allowed. Cropping is also prohibited. (Use CTRL +SHIFT + H to remove UI)
Additionally, no SweetFX or re-shades/add-ons/mods that affect the appearance of your game.
Entries must be submitted through the appropriate page on our website. If you are unable to submit this way, please contact Shabangbang.9172. Do NOT submit your content to a judge or another admin or potential voter as this may invalidate your entry. I will try to get with you ASAP!
Outfits are not allowed.
Only one entry per person, per contest. Alt accounts may only be used if only that account is submitting.
Judges may not participate. Donors, administrators, officers, and friends/family of those people may participate.
Winners must claim their prizes in person using the same costume, character name, and account name as they submitted with. Winners have 7 days to do this, starting at the point where they receive a timestamped mail after the winners are announced. If they are unable to make this, please contact Shabangbang.9172 in game via mail or whispers, or leave me a note on the contact form below.

All costumes must be submitted with the following:

Theme Name [This is how we will identify your costume so as to keep your entry anonymous, both to judges and on the website.]

3 Screenshots: Front View, Rear View, and a Posed and/or Artistic Shot. Feel free to be creative, but remember to keep your costume the focal point. Remember other people are allowed to be in your shots, but do NOT use anything (including buffs) not belonging to your character.
*Front and Rear shots should be very clear and in good lighting. You may unstow your weapon if you feel it shows your costume better, but please do not use emotes. You may use preview screens, but please do not use the login screen. Remember you must have all the pieces if you use the preview screen since you will need to meet one of us on that costume to collect your prize.
Images should be of optimal quality. If you are concerned that your PC specifications cannot create attractive images, feel free to contact Shabangbang.9172 to help you with your screenshots. There's very little I won't do to help you participate.
Judges will be expected to use the following criteria:
